Each robot needs preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and consistency on the production line. When the robot does not carry out regular preventive maintenance checks, it may lead to damage or failure of parts, thus slowing down or even stopping production. Proper maintenance of a robot may extend its life for years or even decades, and regular preventive maintenance can extend the life of a robot exponentially.
Preparation work before oil change:
1. Prepare the oil changing products for the robot.
2. Prepare enough empty barrels for waste oil collection and discharge (the total amount of oil used by one robot is about 30L).
3. Prepare three measuring cups with a capacity of about 2000 ml, and prepare one funnel.
4. Several tools (one set of hexagon socket, prepared according to the model of the robot).
Every 10,000 hours of robot work, the robot needs to replace six shaft reducer lubricating oil, first of all, the robot stretched into a font, to facilitate the discharge of oil on the joint shaft, but to confirm whether the joint shaft is abnormal noise, oil leakage.
For every three years or 10,000 hours the robot works, it needs to replace the lubricating oil of the robot's six shaft reducer.
The lubricating oil state of J1 axis is added according to the amount of oil discharged.
The lubricating oil state of J2 axis is added according to the amount of oil discharged.
The lubricating oil state of J3 axis is added according to the amount of oil discharged.
The lubricating oil state of J4 axis is added according to the amount of oil discharged.
The lubricating oil state of J5 axis is added according to the amount of oil discharged.
The lubricating oil state of J6 axis is added according to the amount of oil discharged.
The lubricating oil state of J6 axis is added according to the amount of oil discharged. Add oil and drain oil in the same hole.
